If you are starting from the center of Tahoe City, head south on N Lake Blvd. Continue walking for about 1.5 miles until you reach CA-89. At the intersection, turn left onto CA-89. Walk for approximately 0.8 miles until you see signs for Pope Beach on your right. Follow the pathway to the beach entrance.
