To reach the Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival at 37701 Warren Rd, Winchester, CA, take the public bus from the Temecula Transit Center. Board the Route 20 bus heading towards Murrieta. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the stop at Winchester & Warren Rd. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the festival site. Head southeast on Warren Rd until you reach the entrance of the festival.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local shop in Temecula. Start your ride on the Santa Gertrudis Creek Trail, which connects to Warren Rd. Follow the trail until you reach Warren Rd, then turn left. Continue straight on Warren Rd for about 3 miles until you arrive at 37701 Warren Rd, where the festival is located.

If you are near Old Town Temecula, you can walk to the Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival. Head east on Front St towards 5th St and turn right onto 5th St. Continue on 5th St until you reach the intersection with Winchester Rd. Turn left onto Winchester Rd, and walk approximately 3 miles. When you reach Warren Rd, turn right and walk about 1 mile to the festival entrance at 37701 Warren Rd.
