The name 'Lorimar' is a blend of their first names, reflecting their shared passion for music, hospitality, and the culinary and performing arts. The winery's Tuscan-style architecture, set amidst orange groves and a 22-acre estate vineyard, offers breathtaking views of Mount Palomar and the Santa Ana Mountains. Lorimar prides itself on crafting approachable, fruit-forward wines that showcase the strengths of Temecula Valley. The winery uses both old-world techniques and modern technologies to produce a range of varietals and exciting blends. These include Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, Muscat, Viognier, and Sangiovese. Lorimar offers a multifaceted visitor experience. The tasting room features an inviting ambiance with live music, local art galleries, and gourmet food from the 'Pairings' mobile kitchen. Live music is offered seven days a week, showcasing local artists and diverse musical talents.
