The Tracy Water Tower is located at 950 East St, Tracy, CA 95376. From the Tracy Transit Center, head east on 6th Street, then turn right onto Central Ave. Turn left onto 11th Street, followed by a right onto East Street. The water tower will be on your left. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes. There are no costs associated with walking.

To reach the Tracy Water Tower via public transport, take TRACER bus routes A, B, C, D, E, F, or G to the East St & Highland Ave Sb/Nb stop. From there, walk south on East Street for a few minutes until you see the Tracy Water Tower on your left. As of July 1, 2025, TRACER bus service operates Monday through Friday from approximately 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. A single ride on TRACER costs $1.50 for adults. Students ride free on TRACER Fixed Route.
