From Walnut Creek BART station, take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes and get off at the Montgomery St. station. Once you exit the station, head west on Post St toward Montgomery St. Turn left onto Montgomery St, then right onto California St. Continue walking until you reach Mason St, then turn left. The Cable Car Museum will be on your right at 1201 Mason St.

If you're starting from downtown Walnut Creek, walk to the Walnut Creek BART station. Once at the station, board a train heading towards San Francisco/Daly City. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at Montgomery St. station. From there, walk west on Post St until you reach Montgomery St. Turn left and proceed to California St. Turn right onto California St and continue until you reach Mason St. Make a left onto Mason St. The Cable Car Museum will be located at 1201 Mason St on your right side.
