    From Walnut Creek, make your way to the Walnut Creek BART Station located at 200 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Walnut Creek, CA. Board a train heading towards San Francisco/Daly City. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Montgomery St. Station in San Francisco. From there, exit the station and walk towards 2nd St. Turn left on 2nd St. and continue to Market St. Turn right on Market St. and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Embarcadero. Then, take the Muni F Line streetcar towards Fisherman’s Wharf. Get off at the Washington St. & Mason St. stop, which is the closest stop to the base of Coit Tower. From there, walk up Telegraph Hill Blvd for about 0.2 miles to reach Coit Tower.

    Start at the Walnut Creek BART Station and take Bus Route 1 (County Connection) towards Concord. Get off at the Walnut Creek Transfer Center. Transfer to Bus Route 5 towards Pleasant Hill BART. Get off at the Pleasant Hill BART Station and board the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Disembark at the Montgomery St. Station in San Francisco. From there, follow the directions for the BART option above to reach Coit Tower.
