    From Yosemite Valley, take Northside Drive towards Tuolumne Meadows. Follow the signs for Tioga Pass Road (Highway 120). The drive is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, covering about 45 miles. Look for the Hanging Valley Viewpoint sign on your right as you approach Tuolumne Meadows. Parking is available on the roadside near the viewpoint. There are no tolls.

    Take the YARTS (Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System) bus service from Yosemite Valley towards Tuolumne Meadows. The bus ride takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Check the YARTS schedule in advance. From the Tuolumne Meadows stop, walk about 0.5 miles (approximately 10 minutes) to reach the Hanging Valley Viewpoint. Follow Northside Drive and look for the viewpoint on your left. YARTS Highway 120 East Bus fare from Yosemite Valley to Tuolumne Meadows is approximately $20 - $30.
