From Kep town center, including areas around Kep Beach or the Crab Market, the main entrance of Kep National Park is accessible on foot. The walk to the main entrance, located behind Veranda Natural Resort, takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Be prepared for a road with limited shade, so bring water and sun protection. Follow the main road east from the Crab Market or south from Kep Beach, watching for signs for Veranda Natural Resort. Upon arrival at the park entrance, there is a $1 USD entrance fee for foreign visitors.

The most common way to reach Kep National Park from Kep town is by tuk-tuk or motorbike taxi. Negotiate the fare in advance, typically around $3-5 USD for a round trip. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes, passing through local streets. The main entrance is behind the Veranda Natural Resort. Alternatively, a less used entrance is located behind Kep Lodge.
