Car
From Kandal, head south on National Road 1 (NR1) towards Phnom Penh. Drive for about 20 km until you reach the junction with National Road 3 (NR3). Take a left onto NR3 towards Kampot. Continue driving for approximately 50 km until you see signs for Bokor National Park. Turn right onto the road leading to Bokor Hill Station. Follow this road for about 20 km, which will take you up the hill. Watch out for the winding roads and be cautious of the local traffic. The destination will be on your right.
Public Transportation
From Kandal, take a local bus or taxi to Phnom Penh. Buses depart frequently from the central bus station. The fare is approximately $2-$5 depending on the bus company. Once in Phnom Penh, head to the bus terminal that offers services to Kampot. Look for a bus that stops at Bokor Hill Station or ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance to Bokor National Park. The bus fare to Kampot is around $5-$10. After reaching Kampot, you can hire a tuk-tuk or taxi to take you up to Bokor Hill Station. This ride may cost an additional $10-$15.
Taxi or Ride-Sharing
If you prefer comfort and convenience, you can hire a taxi or use a ride-sharing app like Grab from Kandal to Bokor Hill Station. Simply input 'Bokor Hill Station' as your destination. The trip will take about 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Expect to pay around $30-$50 for the ride, which is more expensive than public transport but provides a direct and comfortable journey.
