From the center of Kep, head south on the main road (National Road 33). Continue straight until you reach the fork. Take the left fork towards the beach area. Follow the signs for 'Kep Beach' and 'Rabbit Island.' Once you reach the beach, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Follow the coastal road towards the south until you reach the small fishing village. The sign for Starfish Beach is visible from the road.

In Kep, you can easily find a tuk-tuk near the main market or your hotel. Negotiate a fare to 'Starfish Beach' in Rạch Vẹm. The driver will take you along the coastal road, passing through the beautiful scenery of Kep and Phu Quoc. It will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the drop-off point at Starfish Beach when you arrive.
