From Koh Rong, head to the main pier where you arrived on the island. Look for boats heading to Sihanoukville, as you will need to go to the mainland to reach Kbal Chhay Waterfalls. The boat ride typically takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Sihanoukville pier, follow the signs to the taxi or tuk-tuk stands.

After disembarking from the boat in Sihanoukville, find a tuk-tuk at the taxi stand. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kbal Chhay Waterfalls located at 286 Ekareach Street, Preah Sihanouk. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to agree on a price before starting your journey.
