If you're near the Royal Palace, head south on Samdach Sothearos Boulevard. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Preah Ang Eng Street. Turn left onto Preah Ang Eng Street, and you will find Wat Ounalom Monastery on your right.
