Wat Langka: A Tranquil Oasis in Phnom Penh

Wat Langka, also known as Wat Chhanta Dey, is a significant Buddhist temple in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and one of the city's five oldest pagodas, dating back to 1422. Established during the reign of King Ponhea Yat, it was originally built as a haven for sacred Buddhist writings and a meeting place for Cambodian and Sri Lankan monks, which is how it got its name.
