If you're driving from the center of Preah Sihanouk, head southeast on Street 3 toward Street 2. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Road 4, and follow the signs directing you toward Otres Beach. After about 5 kilometers, you will see signs for Otres Beach on your right. Turn onto Otres Beach Road, and continue driving until you reach the beach area. There is parking available nearby.

Public Transportation

To reach Otres Beach via public transportation, head to the bus station in Preah Sihanouk. Look for shared taxis or tuk-tuks that are heading towards Otres Beach. The drivers usually know the way, so you can simply tell them you want to go to Otres Beach. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you will be dropped off near the beach area.

Bicycle

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in the center of Preah Sihanouk. Start by heading southeast on Street 3 and follow the same route as by car, taking Road 4 toward Otres Beach. The ride is approximately 5 kilometers and can take about 30-40 minutes. Be cautious of traffic and enjoy the scenic views along the way. Once you arrive, you can park your bike near the beach and enjoy your day.

Walking

If you're staying close to the center of Preah Sihanouk and want to walk to Otres Beach, you can start by heading southeast on Street 3. Continue straight until you reach Road 4. This will be a longer walk of about 5 kilometers, taking approximately 1-1.5 hours. Once on Road 4, follow the signs for Otres Beach. Be prepared for a warm walk, and consider bringing water with you.
