From the city of Preah Vihear, head south on National Road 64 towards the town of Sra Aem. Continue straight for about 37 kilometers until you reach the junction of National Road 64 and National Road 66. Turn left onto National Road 66, and after approximately 25 kilometers, you will see signs for Prasat Ta Keo. Follow the signs for another 5 kilometers until you reach the temple entrance. There is a parking area available near the entrance. Note that you may need to pay a small parking fee.
