Car
If you're traveling by car from Preah Vihear town, head south on National Road 64. Follow the road for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the junction for the Preah Vihear temple. Turn left onto the access road leading up to the temple. Continue driving for about 10 kilometers until you reach the entrance of the temple complex. From there, you can park your car and walk the remaining distance to Victory Gate, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill within the temple grounds.
Public Transportation
To reach Victory Gate using public transportation, take a local bus or shared taxi from Preah Vihear town to the entrance of the Preah Vihear temple complex. The fare is usually around $5 per person. Once you arrive at the entrance, you will need to pay an entrance fee (approximately $10) to access the temple grounds. After entering, you can either walk to Victory Gate, which is around a 15-minute uphill hike, or hire a local guide or tuk-tuk service available at the entrance for an additional fee.
