    If you are driving from central Prey Veng, head west on National Road 1. Continue straight until you reach the junction with National Road 11. Turn right onto National Road 11 and follow the road for approximately 60 km until you reach Phnom Penh. As you enter the city, follow the signs directing you towards the city center. Once you are in Khan Doun Penh, look for Oknha Hing Penn Street (61). The National Library will be on your right at HWG9+HRG.

    To reach the National Library by bus, find a local bus station in Prey Veng, such as the Prey Veng Bus Terminal. Purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Phnom Penh.
