    Getting There

    Car

    If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Yaoundé, the capital of Cameroon. Head northeast towards Bertoua on the N1 road. From Bertoua, take the D11 road towards Abong-Mbang. Continue on the D11 until you reach the junction where you will turn onto the N3 road heading to Ikom. Follow the N3 until you arrive in Basua, Cross River, Nigeria. The park entrance is located along Ikom - Abanliko Rd, just follow the signs once you are close.

    Public Transportation

    For those using public transport, begin your trip at the central bus station in Yaoundé. Look for buses heading to Bertoua. Once you arrive at Bertoua, transfer to a bus heading towards Abong-Mbang. At Abong-Mbang, find a shared taxi that is going to Ikom. Upon reaching Ikom, you will need to take another taxi to Basua. From Basua, you can either walk or hire a local guide to take you to Cross River National Park along Ikom - Abanliko Rd.
