Private Car
If you are traveling by private car, start from Bamenda city center and head towards the Bambili area. Take the Numbeng Road, which will lead you towards Bambili. Continue on this road for approximately 12 kilometers. Once you reach Bambili, look for the marker '2722+3Q4' on your GPS or maps app. From there, follow local signs or ask locals for directions to the mini waterfall, which is a short hike from the main road.
Public Transportation
To reach Bambili mini waterfall using public transportation, go to the main bus station in Bamenda and look for a bus or shared taxi heading towards Bambili. The fare is usually around 500-700 CFA. Once you arrive in Bambili, ask the driver to drop you off near the marker '2722+3Q4'. From there, you may need to walk or take a motorcycle taxi (locally known as 'benskin') to reach the mini waterfall. The motorcycle taxi will cost around 100-200 CFA for the short ride.
Hiking
If you enjoy hiking, you can also walk from the center of Bambili to the waterfall. The hiking trail typically takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on your pace. Start from the main road in Bambili and follow the path that leads towards the hills. It's advisable to wear sturdy shoes as the terrain can be uneven.
