The journey takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour each way, depending on road conditions. Ensure the taxi driver knows the route to Melong II and the turnoff to Ekom Waterfalls. From there, it's an unpaved road to the falls.

Motorbikes (motos) are a cheaper alternative to taxis from Nkongsamba. Expect to pay around 5,000 XAF for a round trip. The ride can be bumpy due to the unpaved road leading to the falls. Ensure the driver is experienced and that you wear a helmet. The journey is similar to the taxi route, heading north on the N5 to Melong II and then turning onto the dirt road.
