To reach Forêt d'Ebo using public transport, begin by taking a bush taxi from Bertoua to Ndokbou II. These taxis depart frequently from Bertoua's central taxi station. The journey takes approximately 1 hour, and the fare ranges from 500 to 1000 CFA francs. Upon arriving in Ndokbou II, a 3-kilometer walk is required to reach Forêt d'Ebo; ask locals for directions to PH8X+FH4.
Motorbike Taxi
Another option from Bertoua is to hire a motorbike taxi (zemidjan) directly to Forêt d'Ebo. Negotiate the fare before starting; expect to pay around 2000 to 3000 CFA francs. The motorbike taxi will take you to Ndokbou II, dropping you near PH8X+FH4.
Car
If driving, head towards Bertoua in the East Region. From Bertoua, take the N1 road towards Yaoundé. After about 30 kilometers, watch for the sign for Ndokbou II. Turn left onto the Ndokbou II road and continue for approximately 10 kilometers. Forêt d'Ebo is located at coordinates PH8X+FH4. Keep an eye out for local signage as you approach.
