From the center of Foumban, head south towards Avenue Charles de Gaulle. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Avenue du 1er Mai. Turn left onto Avenue du 1er Mai and walk for approximately 500 meters. You will see a local market on your right; continue past it. After another 300 meters, you will reach a signpost indicating the direction to Mont Mbapit. Follow the sign and take the footpath leading up the hill. The trail is well-marked and takes about 1-2 hours to reach the summit, depending on your pace. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!

Starting from the central market in Foumban, rent a bicycle from a local shop. Cycle south along Avenue Charles de Gaulle for about 1 km. At the intersection with Avenue du 1er Mai, turn left. Continue cycling for approximately 500 meters until you see the local market on your right. After passing the market, keep cycling for another 300 meters until you find the signpost for Mont Mbapit. Secure your bike at the base of the trail and proceed on foot. The hike from there will take about 1-2 hours.
