If you're driving, start from Buea, the closest major city. Head southwest on the N3 highway towards Limbe. After approximately 12 km, take the exit towards Mount Cameroon National Park. Ensure you have enough fuel before entering the park, as services are limited.

To reach Mt Cameroon via public transportation, take a taxi-brousse (shared taxi) from Buea to Limbe. The fare is usually around 500-1000 CFA francs. Upon reaching Limbe, you can catch a motorcycle taxi or a local taxi to the park entrance. This should cost around 1000-2000 CFA francs. Once at the park entrance, you can either hike to the summit or arrange for a local guide. Be sure to confirm the costs of any guides in advance.
