After approximately 20 kilometers, take exit 5A toward NS-103 South, following signs for Bridgewater/Chester. Continue on NS-103 for about 30 kilometers and take exit 6 for Route 3 toward Prospect. Follow Route 3 for about 10 kilometers until you reach Prospect Road. Turn right onto Prospect Road and follow it until you see signage for Polly Cove. There is ample parking available at the trailhead.
