If you are traveling by car, start by heading to the Trans-Canada Highway (Route 1). From St. John's, take Route 1 North (TCH) towards Torbay. The drive is approximately 20 kilometers and takes around 30 minutes. Once you reach Torbay, take the exit for Torbay Road (Route 20). Follow Torbay Road until you reach the intersection with Bauline Line. Turn left onto Bauline Line and continue until you see signs for Torbay Beach. The beach is located along the coastline and you will find parking available nearby.

For those using public transportation, you can take the Metrobus service from St. John's. Board the Metrobus route 14, which travels towards Torbay. Ensure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may vary. Once you arrive in Torbay, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers from the bus stop on Torbay Road to reach Torbay Beach. Follow Torbay Road, and then take a left on Bauline Line to reach the beach. The total travel time by bus can take around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on connections.
