    To reach Olympic Island from anywhere in British Columbia Interior, you will first need to head to a major city such as Kelowna or Kamloops. From there, take the Coquihalla Highway (Highway 5) south towards Vancouver. Once you reach the outskirts of Vancouver, follow the signs to the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) and continue east. You'll want to head towards the Tsawwassen ferry terminal. There is a ferry available to take you to Swartz Bay, from which you can drive to Victoria and then take a connecting ferry to Olympic Island.
