Car
If you're traveling by car, start by getting onto BC-97 S from any location in Cariboo. Continue on BC-97 S for approximately 2 hours until you reach Quesnel. From Quesnel, take the exit for BC-97 S toward Williams Lake. Stay on BC-97 S for another hour until you reach Cache Creek. Then, merge onto BC-1 E (Trans-Canada Highway) toward Kamloops. After about 2 hours, take the exit toward BC-1 E/BC-97 S toward Hope/Abbotsford. Follow signs for the Trans-Canada Highway, continuing until you reach the junction with BC-97C. Take BC-97C for about 1 hour until you reach the town of Merritt. From Merritt, take BC-5 N heading towards Kamloops. Finally, follow BC-1 E to the exit for Sainte-Praxède. The park entrance is located at 1179 Chem. des Roy, Sainte-Praxède, QC G0M 1H1.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, begin by taking a Greyhound bus from any major town in Cariboo to Kamloops. Once in Kamloops, transfer to a bus heading towards Merritt. From Merritt, you'll need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Sainte-Praxède, as public transport options may be limited. Ensure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary by day, and book your tickets online through the Greyhound website. The taxi ride from Merritt to the park entrance will take approximately 30 minutes and may cost around CAD 60-80, depending on the service and traffic conditions.
