Car
If you're traveling by car, start by getting onto BC-97 S from any location in Cariboo. Continue on BC-97 S for approximately 2 hours until you reach Quesnel. From Quesnel, take the exit for BC-97 S toward Williams Lake. Stay on BC-97 S for another hour until you reach Cache Creek. Then, merge onto BC-1 E (Trans-Canada Highway) toward Kamloops. After about 2 hours, take the exit toward BC-1 E/BC-97 S toward Hope/Abbotsford. Follow signs for the Trans-Canada Highway, continuing until you reach the junction with BC-97C. Take BC-97C for about 1 hour until you reach the town of Merritt. From Merritt, take BC-5 N heading towards Kamloops. Finally, follow BC-1 E to the exit for Sainte-Praxède. The park entrance is located at 1179 Chem. des Roy, Sainte-Praxède, QC G0M 1H1.
