From downtown Charlottetown, head to the nearest bus stop. Take the #1 bus towards Cornwall, which departs from the Charlottetown Transit terminal. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Route 2 and Route 225. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 km along Route 225 towards Breadalbane. The Barnone Brewery and Hop Farm will be on your left, located at 4248 Route 225. Look for the brewery's signage to confirm you're at the right place.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Charlottetown. Start from the Confederation Trail, which is a well-marked bike path. Head north and follow the trail towards Route 2. Once you reach Route 2, turn left and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 225. Turn right onto Route 225 and continue cycling for about 3 km. Barnone Brewery and Hop Farm will be on your left at 4248 Route 225.

Once you reach Route 2, turn left and walk along the side of the road for about 4 km until you reach the intersection with Route 225.
