Public Transit
Start at the Charlottetown Transit Centre located at 40 Kensington Road. Take Bus Route 3 (Hillsborough Park) towards Hillsborough Park. The bus will take you towards the city outskirts. Get off at the stop closest to the intersection of Route 2 and Route 225. This should take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. From there, walk approximately 1.5 kilometers along Route 225, heading towards Hampshire. Island Hill Farm will be on your left at 351 Route 225. Look for the farm's signage as you approach.

If you choose to bike, start at the Confederation Trail in Charlottetown. Head towards the west side of the city, following the trail that leads to Route 2. Once you reach Route 2, turn left and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 225. Turn right onto Route 225 and bike for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach Island Hill Farm at 351 Route 225. The ride should take around 20-30 minutes, depending on your speed.

For a scenic walk, start from the downtown area of Charlottetown. Head towards Queen Street and then take Water Street south until you reach the intersection with Route 2. Follow Route 2 heading east for about 4 kilometers, then turn right onto Route 225. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you arrive at Island Hill Farm at 351 Route 225. This walk will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, so ensure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
