Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving, start by getting onto Highway 11 from your location in Eastern Ontario. Follow Highway 11 North until you reach Huntsville. Once in Huntsville, take the exit for Muskoka Road 3 (also known as Main Street) and head west. After you pass the intersection with Centre Street, turn left onto Lookout Road. Follow Lookout Road until you reach the Lions Lookout parking area. There is no entry fee, but parking may be limited during peak times.

  For those using public transit, you can take a bus to Huntsville from larger cities in Eastern Ontario, such as Ottawa or Kingston. Check with Ontario Northland or Greyhound for schedules. Once in Huntsville, you may need to take a local taxi or rideshare service to reach Lions Lookout, as public transit may not directly serve this scenic spot.   If you are already in Huntsville and prefer walking, you can stroll to Lions Lookout. From the downtown area, walk west on Main Street (Muskoka Road 3) and follow the signs to Lookout Road.
