Look for the sign for Oliver Paipoonge Heritage Park as you approach 3190 Hwy 61. The park will be on your right. There is free parking available on-site.

To reach Oliver Paipoonge Heritage Park via public transportation, take the Thunder Bay Transit bus route that heads towards Slate River Valley. Disembark at the closest stop to Hwy 61 and Slate River Valley Road. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 km south along Hwy 61 to reach the park. Please check the Thunder Bay Transit schedule for bus times and routes. Be aware that there may be a fare, typically around CAD 3.00 one way.
