Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, start by getting on ON-401 E from your current location in Eastern Ontario. Follow the ON-401 E and ON-400 N to Exit 14 for ON-12 S towards Midland. Continue on ON-12 S for approximately 25 km. Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre is located at 16160 Highway 12 East, Midland, ON L4R 4K6, which will be on your right side. There is free parking available on-site.

  • Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, take a bus to the nearest major hub, which is in Barrie. From Barrie, take the GO Transit bus route to Midland. Once in Midland, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service, as public transport does not directly reach Wye Marsh. A taxi from Midland to Wye Marsh will take about 15 minutes and may cost approximately CAD 20-30.
