Getting There

  • Car

    If you're traveling by car from anywhere in the Edmonton Capital Region, first get onto the Yellowhead Highway (from either the Anthony Henday Drive or any major road leading to it). Head east towards Saskatchewan. After about 3 hours, take the exit towards Ottawa. Follow the signs for downtown Ottawa, and merge onto Wellington Street. Parliament Hill will be on your right at 111 Wellington St, Ottawa, ON K1A 0A9. Parking is available nearby, but expect to pay for street parking or use a paid parking lot.

    To reach Parliament Hill using public transportation, start by taking the Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) bus to the Edmonton International Airport. From there, catch a direct flight to Ottawa.
