If you are driving from Edmonton, take the Yellowhead Highway (Highway 16) eastbound towards Sherwood Park. Merge onto the Anthony Henday Drive (Highway 216) southbound. Follow the Henday until it connects to Highway 2 southbound towards Calgary. Stay on Highway 2 until you reach the junction with Highway 401 eastbound towards Ontario. Continue on Highway 401, which eventually becomes the Trans-Canada Highway. Follow signs for Ottawa. Once you arrive in Ottawa, navigate to downtown, where Parliament Hill is located. From Edmonton, take a Greyhound bus or VIA Rail train to Ottawa. The Greyhound terminal is located at 10014 104 St NW, and the VIA Rail station is at 12360 121 St NW. Once you arrive in Ottawa, you can take OC Transpo buses or the O-Train (Light Rail) to downtown Ottawa. The nearest station to Parliament Hill is the Parliament station on the O-Train line.
