From any location in the Golden Horseshoe area, you can reach Copeland Forest by car. Start by getting onto Highway 400 North. Continue on Highway 400 until you reach Exit 117 for County Rd 90 toward Barrie. Merge onto County Rd 90 and follow it until you reach the intersection with Ingram Rd. Turn right onto Ingram Rd. Continue on Ingram Rd, and you'll find Copeland Forest on your left. Make sure to check for parking availability at the entrance.

If you are using public transportation, start by taking a bus or train to Barrie, Ontario. From Barrie, you will need to take a local taxi or rideshare service to reach Copeland Forest, as there are no direct public transport options to the forest. The taxi ride from Barrie to Copeland Forest will take approximately 20-30 minutes and will cost around CAD 30 to 50 depending on traffic and the exact pickup location.
