Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start by heading towards the downtown area of Toronto. Use a GPS or map application and enter the address '24 Tank House Lane, Toronto, ON M5A 3C4'. Depending on your starting point, you might take major highways such as the Gardiner Expressway or the Don Valley Parkway. Upon reaching the downtown, look for parking options. There are several parking lots nearby, but be aware that parking can be expensive, so budget around CAD $15-30 for a few hours.

• Public Transportation - Subway

  To reach Big Heart via public transportation, take the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) subway. If you are near a subway station, board the Yonge-University Line (Line 1) and travel south to Queen Station. From there, transfer to the 501 Queen Streetcar (streetcar). Ride eastbound on Queen Street until you reach the intersection with Parliament Street. Disembark and walk south on Parliament Street, then turn left onto Tank House Lane. Big Heart will be on your right. Make sure to purchase a token or use a Presto card for fare, which is around CAD $3.25.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  If you are closer to a bus route, you can take any bus that connects to the subway system. For example, take the bus to the nearest subway station on the Yonge-University Line. Once you reach Queen Station, follow the same instructions as above to transfer to the 501 Queen Streetcar and continue your journey to Big Heart. Remember to have your fare ready, which will be about CAD $3.25.
