The closest subway stop is Queen's Park station on the Yonge-University line. From the station, it's a short walk north to the Legislative Building and Queen's Park. The 506 Carlton streetcar also stops at Queen's Park station. A single TTC fare is $3.30.

The Governors Monument is located in Queen's Park, just north of University Avenue and College Street. From downtown Toronto, walk north on University Avenue until you reach Queen's Park. The monument is located on the grounds of the park, across from the Legislative Building.

If driving, please note that there is no public parking on the grounds of the Legislative Building. Limited wheelchair-accessible parking is available in the northeast parking lot and in the south drive on a first-come, first-served basis for visitors with accessible parking permits. Paid public parking is available at several lots within a 10-minute walk. Parking rates vary, but expect to pay around $20-30 for a few hours. Vehicles may stop briefly in front of the main entrance for drop-off or pick-up only.
