From Haliburton Village, head northeast on Highland St towards County Rd 21. Continue on County Rd 21 for approximately 10 km. Turn left onto Mifflin Rd and follow it for about 5 km until you reach Coopers Lookout, which will be on your right. There is no parking cost at the lookout.
Biking
For a scenic and adventurous route to Coopers Lookout, cycle from Haliburton Village via County Rd 21, then onto Mifflin Rd. The total distance is approximately 15 km. Ensure your bike is in good condition and wear a helmet for safety. There are no fees for biking to the lookout.
