Walking
If you are in downtown Halifax, start at the Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk. Walk towards the Halifax Citadel, then head north on Barrington Street. Continue walking until you reach Cogswell Road, then turn left. Follow Cogswell Road until you reach Gottingen Street, where you will turn right. Continue on Gottingen Street for about 10 minutes, and you will find the Naval Museum of Halifax at 2729 Gottingen St on your right.
Public Transit (Bus)
From downtown Halifax, you can take the Metro Transit bus #1 or #7 from any nearby bus stop. Board the bus heading toward Gottingen Street. Disembark at the stop closest to Gottingen Street and Cogswell Road. From there, walk north on Gottingen Street for about 5 minutes, and the Naval Museum of Halifax will be on your left at 2729 Gottingen St.
Bicycle
If you have a bicycle, start from the Halifax Waterfront and ride towards the Halifax Citadel. From there, take Barrington Street north. At Cogswell Road, turn left and continue until you reach Gottingen Street. Turn right on Gottingen Street and follow it for about 10 minutes. The Naval Museum of Halifax will be on your right at 2729 Gottingen St.
