Continue walking until you reach Cogswell Road, then turn left. Follow Cogswell Road until you reach Gottingen Street, where you will turn right. Continue on Gottingen Street for about 10 minutes, and you will find the Naval Museum of Halifax at 2729 Gottingen St on your right.
