From Lanaudière, take Autoroute 40 (Trans-Canada Highway) towards Montreal. Continue on Autoroute 40 for about 50 kilometers. Merge onto Autoroute 25 South towards Montreal. After about 10 kilometers, take exit 7 for Boulevard de l'Assomption. Follow Boulevard de l'Assomption, then turn left onto Boulevard Pie-IX. Continue straight and turn right onto Pierre-de Coubertin Avenue. The Montreal Biodome will be on your left at 4777 Pierre-de Coubertin Ave, Montreal, Quebec H1V 1B3.

From any location in Lanaudière, take a train from your nearest station to Montreal. Most trains will arrive at Gare Centrale. From Gare Centrale, take the Metro (subway) Line 1 (Green Line) towards Angrignon. Transfer at Berri-UQAM station to Line 2 (Orange Line) towards Côte-Vertu. Get off at the Pie-IX station. Once you exit the station, walk south along Boulevard Pie-IX for about 10 minutes, then turn right onto Pierre-de Coubertin Avenue. The Montreal Biodome will be on your left at 4777 Pierre-de Coubertin Ave, Montreal, Quebec H1V 1B3. Note: Ensure to check the train schedule for departure times and ticket costs.
