Car
If you're traveling by car, start by navigating to the city of Châteauguay in Montérégie. From Montreal, take Autoroute 20 (A-20) heading southwest. After about 30 minutes, take exit 38 for Boulevard D'Youville. Merge onto Boulevard D'Youville and continue for approximately 1.5 km. You will see signs for Île Saint-Bernard as you approach the destination. The parking lot is located at 480 Boulevard D'Youville, Châteauguay, QC J6J 5T9.
Public Transportation
To reach Île Saint-Bernard via public transportation, start by taking a bus to Châteauguay. From Montreal, you can take the 1 or 11 bus line from the Metro Longueuil-Jean-Drapeau station towards Châteauguay. Once you arrive at the Châteauguay bus terminal, transfer to the 5 or 6 bus line heading towards Boulevard D'Youville. Get off at the stop closest to 480 Boulevard D'Youville. From there, it is a short walk to the entrance of Île Saint-Bernard.
Walking
If you arrive in Châteauguay and prefer walking, you can walk from the bus terminal to Île Saint-Bernard. Head southwest on Boulevard D'Youville, and continue straight for approximately 1.5 km. The entrance to Île Saint-Bernard will be on your left. This walk will take around 20-25 minutes.
