If you're traveling by car, head towards Montreal from anywhere in Montérégie. Use Highway 20 (Autoroute 20) and follow the signs for Montreal. Once you enter the city, merge onto Boulevard de Maisonneuve Est. Continue on this boulevard until you reach Rue de la Commune. Turn left onto Rue de la Commune and then turn right onto Chemin du Tour de l'Isle. The Biosphere will be on your right at 160 Chemin du Tour de l'Isle. Look for nearby parking options in Parc Jean-Drapeau.

To reach the Biosphere using public transportation, start by taking a bus or train from your current location to the Longueuil-Université-de-Sherbrooke Metro Station. From there, take the Metro Green Line (Line 1) towards Angrignon and get off at Jean-Drapeau Station. Exit the station and follow signs to Parc Jean-Drapeau. Once in the park, walk towards Chemin du Tour de l'Isle, and the Biosphere will be located at 160 Chem. du Tour de l'Isle, just a short walk away.
