From Niagara Falls, take the GO Transit bus from the Niagara Falls Bus Terminal. Board the bus heading towards St. Catharines. You will need to get off at the stop for Virgil. Once you arrive in Virgil, Caroline Cellars is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Head east on Niagara Stone Road, then turn left onto Line 2 Road. Continue straight, and you will find Caroline Cellars at 1010 Line 2 Rd #358.
