A total wine experience!
We were so lucky to have Paul as our guide to Niagara wine country! He was very knowledgeable, informative and engaging in all aspects of our day. From the local history of Niagara on the Lake and the Niagara region to the history, and lineage of all of the many wineries and winemakers, he enriched our brains as well as our palates including a private little lesson about what makes a “good wine”. It’s all about the taste! :).
We had guests from BC along with us who have travelled extensively to many world class wineries but had never experienced the wonderful wines of Niagara. I had asked Paul to lead us with his expertise to “impress the heck out of our guests” and he delivered! We also had my 83 year old mother with limited mobility along with us and he was very wonderfully patience and accommodating including retracing our steps to find my mother’s lost phone.
Thank you Paul!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better day!
