Public Transit - Bus
From Niagara Falls, take the Niagara Falls Transit bus (Route 50) heading towards Niagara-on-the-Lake. The bus leaves from the Niagara Falls Bus Terminal located at 4545 Portage Road. After about a 30-minute ride, get off at the stop near the intersection of Queen's Parade and Garrison Village Drive. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes east along Queen's Parade to reach Fort George National Historic Site at 51 Queen's Parade, Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Walking from Niagara Falls
If you prefer to walk, start from the Niagara Falls tourism area. Head northwest towards the Niagara Parkway and follow the pathway leading to the Niagara River. Continue walking along the river until you reach the Queenston Heights area. From there, follow the signs directing you to Niagara-on-the-Lake. It’s about a 2-hour walk, so wear comfortable shoes and consider stopping along the way to enjoy the scenic views.

Bicycle Rental
You can rent a bicycle from one of the bike rental shops in Niagara Falls. Once you have your bike, take the Niagara River Recreation Trail, which runs parallel to the river. Follow the trail towards Niagara-on-the-Lake, enjoying the beautiful scenery. The bike ride should take about 30-40 minutes. When you reach Niagara-on-the-Lake, head towards Queen's Parade, and Fort George will be located at 51 Queen's Parade.
