Discover more about CN Tower

The CN Tower, completed in 1976, was originally built by the Canadian National Railway to demonstrate the strength of Canadian industry and to solve telecommunications issues caused by Toronto's rapid growth. For over three decades, it held the title of the world's tallest free-standing structure. Today, it remains the tallest free-standing structure in the Western Hemisphere and a major telecommunications hub. The tower offers a variety of attractions for visitors of all ages. The Main Observation Level, at 346 meters (1,136 feet), features floor-to-ceiling windows providing stunning views. Dare to walk on the Glass Floor, which offers a thrilling perspective straight down to the ground below. For an even higher vantage point, visit the SkyPod, one of the highest observation platforms in the world, located at 447 meters (1,465 feet). Thrill-seekers can experience the EdgeWalk, the world's highest full-circle, hands-free walk on a 1.5-meter wide ledge encircling the top of the Tower's main pod. For a more relaxed experience, dine at the 360 Restaurant, a revolving restaurant that completes a full rotation every 72 minutes, offering panoramic views while you enjoy Canadian cuisine. The CN Tower continues to evolve, with recent additions like "Artmosphere", an immersive, interactive art showcase.
