Boat
From Stanley Mission, charter a boat or canoe east on the Churchill River. The trip is approximately 20 kilometers (12 mi) and passes by the Holy Trinity Anglican Church and Stanley Rapids. A short portage is required at Little Stanley Rapids. Jim's Camp is located near the falls. In 2015, a boat tour cost about $250.
Floatplane
Charter a floatplane from Missinipe to fly directly to Nistowiak Falls. Contact Osprey Wings or Churchill River Canoe Outfitters to arrange a flight and guided tour. Be prepared for a short hike (approximately 1 kilometer) from the landing spot to the falls.
