Look for the entrance on your right just after you pass the intersection with Prince of Wales Drive.

To reach the Central Experimental Farm using public transportation, take the OC Transpo bus route 85 or 87 from downtown Ottawa. Get off at the stop at Carling Ave and Prince of Wales Drive. From there, walk south along Carling Ave for about 400 meters, and you'll find the entrance to the Central Experimental Farm on your left.
