Car
If you're driving from anywhere in the Ottawa Valley, start by heading towards Ottawa. Use Highway 416 or Highway 401, depending on your direction. Once you reach Ottawa, follow the signs for the Queen Elizabeth Driveway. Continue on this road until you reach Hog's Back Road. Turn left onto Hog's Back Road and follow it for about 1 km. Hog's Back Park will be on your right side at 600 Hog's Back Rd, Ottawa, ON K1V 1H8. There is free parking available at the park.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transit, begin your journey at any major bus station in the Ottawa Valley. Take a bus to downtown Ottawa and transfer to OC Transpo Bus #87 towards the 'Hog's Back' stop. This bus will take you directly to Hog's Back Park. The fare for a single trip on OC Transpo is approximately $3.75 CAD. Once you arrive at the 'Hog's Back' stop, the park entrance is just a short walk away.
Bicycle
For the more adventurous, biking to Hog's Back Park is a great option. There are designated cycling paths throughout Ottawa that lead to the park. If you're starting from downtown Ottawa, take the bike paths along the Rideau Canal to reach Hog's Back Road. The park is located about 6 km from downtown, and bike racks are available for secure parking at the entrance.
