Car
If you are traveling by car, start from downtown Ottawa. Head west on Wellington St toward the Queen Elizabeth Driveway. Continue straight onto the Sir John A. Macdonald Parkway. Follow the parkway for approximately 6 km until you reach the intersection with Kichi Zībī Mīkan. Turn left onto Kichi Zībī Mīkan (also known as the Ottawa River Parkway). Remic Rapids Park will be on your left after about 1 km. There is free parking available at the park.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take OC Transpo bus route 85 from downtown Ottawa (e.g., from the Rideau Centre). Board the bus heading towards the 'Westboro' station. Get off at the 'Kichi Zībī Mīkan' stop. From there, it is about a 10-15 minute walk to Remic Rapids Park. Walk west along Kichi Zībī Mīkan, and you will see the park entrance on your left. Please check the OC Transpo website for current fares and schedules.

If you prefer biking, the Ottawa River Pathway provides a scenic route to Remic Rapids Park. Start from downtown Ottawa and head towards the Ottawa River pathway.
